Then they called a week later and said it would be 2 more weeks by the 17 of November. It is now the 21st and I called them AGAIN and was told it will be in tomorrow, but I wouldn't get it until after Thanksgiving. They have been rude and blamed everyone else. If you are smart you will never enter their store. I dont know how they have stayed in business for this long.

The interactions I had came across as dismissive and not particularly helpful when asking basic questions. He was very personable and arrived on time every day for our four day project. He did a great job on removing our ceramic tile and subfloor and installing the new subfloor then the vinyl tile and new stained baseboards which he let me stain as I wanted and then he installed. GREAT JOB, I would recommend him to anybody. Note: both the materials and the installation was a great value and quality.
