Absolute Disaster!!!…read more I hired this person for hardwood floor grinding and refinishing. Pictures tell the story. If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

However the young man there at Dave's said he could put the window up and tape it to keep it from falling . He charged $50 bucks.. Very hard for me to come up with btw...but I did and took my truck there to have the glass pushed back up and taped. That was on the 1st or 2nd ...Well I came out this morning, the 4th (not) even a full 72 hours later and my window is down again. It was raining and I was stressed out over it.. So I called them to explain my situation .. A young man got on the phone and basically told me the window has tape on it.. And they're not responsible for it falling. He also went on to say that I wasn't paying attention to my window , but I hadn't driven my truck at all yesterday. I didn't think I had to stand there and stare at it. He said what do you want me to do about it? I said what would you want someone to do for you?? No response!! Long story short! I had already told them I had 2 windows that I wanted them to fix on payday, but after this experience and pure disregard from them with regards to my situation I will not be going back! They lost a good customer with several vehicles in need of window repair.. It takes nothing to be kind, or to show a little compassion!!! To just treat others how u wish to be treated!
