My sprinkler system has taken it on the chin in the last year: a pipe broke during a tree removal. A valve started going out and one zone would occasionally not turn off. A big puddle formed in my back yard. Several broken heads. I finally gave in and called in the pro's. Steven returned my email and we ended up exchanging texts and he came out on the next weekday.
