My sprinkler system has taken it on the chin in the last year: a pipe broke during a tree removal. A valve started going out and one zone would occasionally not turn off. A big puddle formed in my back yard. Several broken heads. I finally gave in and called in the pro's. Steven returned my email and we ended up exchanging texts and he came out on the next weekday. I had just experienced a very bad time with a different Sprinkler Repair comp. that left my system in bad shape. When I returned home around noon, I discovered one of the zones in my sprinkler system had not shut off. The excess water had saturated my lawn and created a mini river in the frontage street. I tried turning off the sprinklers at the control box with no success. Eventually, I had to turn off the water at the water meter box which cut off water to the entire house I called Steven and he advised I probably had a faulty valve that needed to be replaced. He came to my house about a half hour after our conversation, and made the necessary necessary repairs in "two shakes of a lamb's tail" (very quickly). I was very pleased he was able to come out the same day so water could be restored to my house. Also, he described the repair work before he got started and quoted a fair price predicated on his work assessment.
