The tech himself was kind, communicated clearly, explained what he was doing, and worked carefully without tearing up my flower bed. I appreciated all of that. Where things fell short was the pricing. The repair involved replacing a short section of pipe and fittings, and the job took about two hours. After checking what a reasonable price range should be, even the high-end quotes I found were around $500. I was charged $800. As a repeat customer who previously left them a very positive review, that was disappointing. It also feels like pricing depends on whichever technician happens to show up. Because of that, I can't confidently recommend them anymore and will likely go elsewhere in the future.
