After checking what a reasonable price range should be, even the high-end quotes I found were around $500. I was charged $800. As a repeat customer who previously left them a very positive review, that was disappointing. It also feels like pricing depends on whichever technician happens to show up. Because of that, I can't confidently recommend them anymore and will likely go elsewhere in the future.

The only estimate I got was for a replacement for a toilet verbally. I unfortunately am disabled but in the past I have changed these parts myself. It is not hard.
