Do something about the number of bums and panhandlers that hang out by the front door to get you coming and going. It's ridiculous. Almost expect to have an interaction with one, two, maybe three of them on every visit. Why do they think a pharmacy is a good place to panhandle? People are already sick and going there for a reason. Catch them at Starbucks instead. AND, it's not just a simple 'can you spare a dime' bums, it's they 'hey, can I ask you a question' bums.
