It took 6 weeks to get a bumper headlight fender and tire replaced. when I picked it up the check charging system light was on. I told them but the owner wasn't there so was told he would call me. When I left the front tire was bumping.despite them supposedly balanceing my tires and an alignment. after 4 days and 2 messages left by me I still haven't heard from them. I'd hate to e one of his employees as well he yelled at a worker in front of me then told me all the guys who work for him need babysitter after the guy left.

Our 4WD Audi slid off the side of the road, ending in DEEP snow all around the car, with the right side wheels in a ditch. I thought we were in real trouble.
