Aaron replies " damn, yeah it is I should just take his seal off and use it for mine. that is not a joking matter nor did they act like it was a joke, they were serious! now if something is wrong with my car I know exactly why. I am taking it elsewhere to check and see if everything is still in tact. they also never checked my filter, fluids etc but marked it as they did. will never return so long as those two work there. there's plenty of other good places to go..

I walked in on a busy Monday morning and asked to have my tires looked at, since they were at least five years old. The owner, Russ, was fabulous. He walked me out to my vehicle to show me that (huzzah!) my tires were only half-worn and didn't need replacing yet. (Had I strolled into another local tire place, I probably would have gotten the old, "Oh wow. You've been driving on these for how long? They must be changed immediately!"-routine.) But not Russ and his crew. The one suggestion the owner made was a tire rotation, which I took him up on. Service was speedy and the staff was very customer-friendly. But they were kind, low on Cost, and accurate in their diagnosis of the problems. I was very appreciative of their customer service and mechanical service. Hats off to the person answering phones and helping with pricing. She was just as important as the solid mechanical work.
