I've taken both of our Acuras to these guys and they've always treated us well. For every issue that we brought our cars in, they were able to correct the discrepancy on the first visit. Because they are a dealer, they will try to get you on their scheduled maintenance by asking you if you want "____" done to your car. If that annoys you, don't go to a dealer. It's their job to follow their factory maintenance schedule and your decision whether you want to pay the dealer price. An example of their courtesy: I brought my car in to get a new side marker and also requested that they rotate my tires. When they completed the work, they informed me that my better tires were in the correct position already so I didn't need to be billed for that. They actually checked to see if I needed the rotation rather than just charge me and do what I requested. Another time, we brought our car in because it wouldn't start well to discover that the battery was weak. Since the battery was under warranty from when we purchased it earlier from the dealer, they replaced it for free. I forgot that it was under warranty, but the dealer didn't and honored the warranty because they installed it previously. My final thought about Stevenson Acura is: if you want to know that your Acura is being maintained "by the book" and you don't mind paying the dealer price, you will be treated very well and receive the "dealer experience" of convenience. I will keep coming back here for maintenance on my Acuras. read more

This review is regarding the service department. First, I'm a "car-guy." I've always done my own scheduled maintenance, minor repair, minor modifications, etc. Part of the reason I do my own maintenance, is because I usually don't trust anyone else with my vehicle. That being said, I choose to take my car to the service department here because I know they can be trusted, and my car is in good hands. To further explain how much I like this place.. I drive 150+ miles round-trip to go here. Specifically, Jeremiah (who works in the Honda service department, now), and Brandon have helped me each time I bring my car here. As far as regular maintenance goes, the service gets done, and it really doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I've brought my TL into Stevenson for some warranty-work. Not an issue with Stevenson, but flaws that have been addressed with my vehicle by Acura. Each time, these guys have listened to my description of problems, and worked diligently to replicate the issue, then apply the correct fix. One of my favorite experiences here has been a time I turned my my car for some warranty-work, and received a loaner (brand-new TL with almost no miles). Due to my work schedule, I was not going to be able to return the loaner and pick up my car for over a week. One quick call to explain my situation, and I was told, "No worries, come in whenever you can." That is some real customer service. I'd gladly continue coming here for service, however I'm moving. Needless to say, I'll be using Stevenson Acura's service department as a benchmark for my next service center. read more

I just leased my first Acura RDX. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our Sales consultant, Craig Hales. He was knowledgeable and was able to highlight the strengths of the RDX compared to some of the other brands I had driven over the past month. We test drove the car for almost an hour so I could get a feel for the vehicle on curves, parking at different angles and driving at various speeds. He was personable and asked great questions to understand what we were looking for and the best product to meet those needs. He was conscious and respectful of times when my husband and I needed to discuss things alone. I have been driving a Nissan for 15 years so it was a big deal for me to switch brands, but Craig made me feel really good about this decision. I even started to "hangry" while we were discussing things and he got me a sandwich from Chic-fil-a. LOL! The process was smooth and everyone we interacted with that day wanted to make sure we were having a positive experience. The finance part (which I was dreading) took maybe 30-45 minutes. Mike Mascavage thoroughly reviewed all the documents and entertained all the questions we had. We even went back a couple times with more questions for documents we had already signed and Mike was very patient and dedicated to making sure we were comfortable with all the documents before leaving. My husband and I have been purchasing from the Stevenson Dealerships over the last 10 years , from two Mazda's to recently a Honda Civic for my son, and in 2013 an Acura TSX. Recently I received a call from the Acura Dealership stating that I may qualify for 0% refinance on my Acura TSX for being a good customer, and I was extremely pleased to hear this. I made an appointment with the young lady who called to meet with , one of theirr sales representatives. When I came in to meet with the sales person he asked if I was interested in trading in my TSX, I realize there is a demand for that model but I was not interested in trading my car in, I was just interested in refinancing my TSX to 0%. When the sales person realized I was not going to trade in my vehicle, he took my license made a copy and said someone from finance would contact me in several days, I felt that was really odd, and a real waste of my time, I thought I would meet with the finance person or something. That was back in June, I have not heard any response from Acura finance. I called the sales person today to find out what happened to this great offer? He said that I did not qualify for the 0% re-finance even though my credit is great and I just purchased a 2013 Honda Civic, as co-signer for my son. I felt like I was given the old bait and switch, come in trade in your TSX for another vehicle and then possibly get 0% financing for the new car. That was not said to me at any time, they still kept with the script that I do not have to trade in my vehicle, it's because they are rewarding good customers. If this is the way you reward good customers I really hate to see how bad customers are treated. I feel used and my time was wasted meeting with the sales person, who I do not personally blame. I feel it's the ongoing machine of dealerships to do this to their consumers to keep them trading in. I would not be upset if I had been told upfront on the initial call that if I trade in my TSX I would be eligible for 0% financing rather than the you are a good customer blah blah. Plus I was told I was eligible for refinancing, which is the key word here. read more
