I asked if there was anyone in charge there and was told the "Boss" was out of Owensboro KY and had been there yesterday, but didn't bring any batteries. I finally asked if they had any intentions of selling me a battery? Needless to say, I am not happy with the level of customer service nor the continuous lies (even if inadvertently) that were told to me over and over again. I wouldn't waste your time waiting on anything that needed to be ordered. I wasted 3 weeks in an attempt to save about $7.00. I ordered online and expected delivery is in 4 days. Let's hope.
