There were issues with the delivery caused by the dealer which could have delayed or prevented me from obtaining the gun. Chris was very helpful and took immediate action to get the problem resolved. I also enjoyed working with him through the transfer process. Very helpful and friendly. A real pleasure to do business with.

Clerk 1 goes in back to make call and comes out and says no deal at all, even though we had an agreement. Item was inspected looked up online and offer made. Pretty shady business practices if not outright incompetence. I left choosing not to argue. Won't be back If you are selling something and they make an offer, make them write it down, it might keep them honest.
