After spending $90 on 6 lock box heys that did not work, Steve said he would stop by and "tweak" the keys to get them to work. I was hesitant to spend $15 per key for something so basic but I try to keep our business local. Running a local business my self I know how important that is. After he never showed up, I left him three voicemails explaining my frustration for spending $90 on keys that do nothing. Steve wouldn't bother calling me back or stopping in to fix the situation. Steve was recommended from the hardware store that didn't make keys for my 2006 Honda. Called him the day before and he quoted me $35.00 for my key and even mentioned that it was the key that had a chip in it. So I was happy I could get it done cheap but when I got there he made the key and said it was $75.00 and said $35.00 was just to cut the key and not include programming the chip which we talked about when I asked him on the phone. He did a good job and the key worked but if you use him make sure you get the full price cause he also told me the upgrade key that came with lock and unlock buttons was $88.00 and I would have gotten that if I knew I was I paying $75.00 for a plain key that only unlocked the door and started the car so again get the full price from him with programming. read more

I accidentally locked myself out of the house while shoveling snow at dusk on a cold snowy night. So glad I had my cell phone with me. I called Steve (never used him before) and he came out in 15 MINUTES! Got my door open for a reasonable price even though it was after business hours. Steve literally saved my life that night, as my husband was in the hospital and I was all alone. I can't thank him enough, I highly recommend him!! read more

Honestly we have dealt with Steve for the past 5 years and he is the only person we would have change our locks. We had to change out our business locks. Once from an issue with the original locks (someone tried to pick them to break in). The second time an employee broke into our office. Steve was there within 15 minutes to change all of our locks. We also purchased a safe from him as well. We went to his shop. He has a ton of products. New door handles, locks safes (gun safes). His wife also does trophies too. Very reasonable, honest, knowledgeable and most of all dependable. Always a job well done. Feel safe with Steve. read more

We called and scheduled an appointment for them to come to our house and re-key some new locks. They were a no call no show for the appointment. I called them 45 minutes after the scheduled time and left a message asking them to call me to reschedule ( I presumed that they got behind on another job......hey it happens). I never heard from them again. They obviously don't need the business. read more
