This morning I had the unpleasant experience of breaking my key off in the lock at the office. We work exclusively with Redford Lock which has since moved from Redford to its new Novi location. I called just before they opened and left a message. I heard back within the hour from Mary in their office. She took some info from me and sent a technician out almost immediately. David arrived and within 20 minutes he had the key extracted and working again. Redford Lock came to our office after another lock company was hired to change and re-key all of our locks. The first company (The Key Masters - also known as ASAP Locksmith) broke some of our existing locks and never finished the job.
