They gave me about 30lbs back for nearly $150!!! Told me that was everything! Ground packaged in 1.5 lb increments which makes no sense. Steaks packaged nicely but no indication of separate back straps so who the hell knows. Either this place is holding onto your extra meat or they too sloppy to give you what they should. Family member had the same experience with them. will never use this place again and do not recommend!

Inthewoods Sugar Bush is a Wisconsin based maple syrup producer. They're located just outside of Manitowoc. There is not a sign out front (that we saw), but find the address (it's clearly posted) and drive on in. The sugar shack itself has a small retail section where you can buy not just maple syrup, but also maple syrup goodies: candy, soda, and other tasty treats. Their facility is beautiful. Their stainless steel equipment shined. This is definitely a well run operation and they clearly take their maple syrup production seriously. We had a great visit. We were greeted by 2 friendly golden retrievers. The owner greeted us and he was very friendly and helpful. He answered our questions and gave us a quick tour of their production facility. We intend to go back next spring during production. Maple syrup is one of those little luxuries in life. Why settle for corn syrup based when you can have something locally made? Especially when the producer is so enthusiastic about their product. Check this place out. If you can't get up there, you can still buy their syrup at your local Meijer (in Wisconsin).
