Their mechanic "Diesel" Robert came by and diagnosed a coolant issue. He was decent. No problems. All fine. He located some leaks. Ordered parts. Thought it would be a done deal. Nope. He left half the car disassembled and promised to arrive first thing in the morning or as soon as Autozone got the part. He doesn't return the next day. I text. He says no parts yet but likely later today. I call The dispatch. Given excuse #1 Promises to arrive by 5:30 latest. Excuse # 2 given. Dispatch then promised a 7am arrival the third day by Diesel. Called dispatch and DieSel next morning. Blocked. Called from another phone. Refused to pick it up. So...now I had a vehicle torn apart and was expected to figure it out. I picked up the parts that Diesel ordered from Autozone (yes they ordered overly priced parts from autozone ‍ ) and STILL misdiagnosed the vehicle!!! Another hose was leaking too. All in all I had to take the vehicle to a shop called STRESS FREE AUTO CARE. They understood my dilemma. And got to work.

I had a great experience going to Noe's Auto Repair, Inc. this morning when I was in need of a smog…read morecheck for my auto registration. I needed a smog check in a hurry, because I only had a few more days before my auto registration expires. I went to one shop that was closer to my home, however they could not do a smog check because they were backed-up with customers, and I was told to come back the next day. So I drove down the street hoping to find another smog check business. After driving about two miles, I spotted Noe's Auto Repair, and I saw several of their smog check signs before pulling into their shop. Though their shop had several cars in the work bays and the mechanics were working on them, I was just very surprised and pleased that one of the mechanics helped me right away, and all I had to do was go to the office to get the paperwork started. I was told that it would take about 20 minutes to do the smog check, however they did it in about 15 minutes and I had my car back. Everyone that helped me here was very nice and friendly. I wish I had this type of outstanding wonderful customer service wherever I go. The price was reasonable, and I would highly recommend Noe's Auto Repair to anyone who needs a smog check. Though my car runs well and I have no problems with it, yet I look forward to bringing my car back here when I need an auto repair. Noe's Auto Repair, thank you for the excellent service.
