I had a great experience going to Noe's Auto Repair, Inc. this morning when I was in need of a smog check for my auto registration. I needed a smog check in a hurry, because I only had a few more days before my auto registration expires. I went to one shop that was closer to my home, however they could not do a smog check because they were backed-up with customers, and I was told to come back the next day. So I drove down the street hoping to find another smog check business. After driving about two miles, I spotted Noe's Auto Repair, and I saw several of their smog check signs before pulling into their shop. Though their shop had several cars in the work bays and the mechanics were working on them, I was just very surprised and pleased that one of the mechanics helped me right away, and all I had to do was go to the office to get the paperwork started. I was told that it would take about 20 minutes to do the smog check, however they did it in about 15 minutes and I had my car back. Everyone that helped me here was very nice and friendly. I wish I had this type of outstanding wonderful customer service wherever I go. The price was reasonable, and I would highly recommend Noe's Auto Repair to anyone who needs a smog check. Though my car runs well and I have no problems with it, yet I look forward to bringing my car back here when I need an auto repair. Noe's Auto Repair, thank you for the excellent service. I went to get my a/c checked out. $100 to see what's wrong. I mentioned that my window motor was broke and I would also get that fixed if possible because I've been driving without a window for 2 weeks. They proceded to charge me $200 for a "electrical diagnostic" . I felt pretty insulted. That was charge was not mentioned. I did not pay that but it took some arguing. then after telling me that my compressor works, I was quoted $1,700. to put an entire compressor kit in. Mind you, I brought them a 2005 Pontiac Grande Am. It speaks for itself. read more

This is no star place This place is a RIP OFF !!!!!!!!!!!! They don't know what they're doing there !! This place changed another car part of my vehicle that wasn't even messed up oh did I mention that the part they changed wasn't even the model for my car it was for a different car !!! And they over charged me for a that brand new part! And they didn't want to fix the car anymore because the job was done haha some BS job ! I was having three problems with my Mercury Grand Marquis: the headlights weren't turning on automatically, the rear air suspension was leaking, and the car would sort of shudder occasionally for about a second as I was driving it. Took the car to Noe's, and after working on it for over a day, they were unable to fix any of the three problems. They get two stars instead of one because they didn't charge me for their attempt. With the plethora of repair shops in the area, I see little chance that I'll be returning to Noe's. read more
