Two workers arrived on Wednesday 12/18 at 2:00pm. They dug up about a 10' section of pipe where the one blockage was and replaced that section, then they left just before 3:00pm, The county inspector came out the next morning and inspected. Ivey's (one worker) arrived and spent 45 minutes filling in the repair and leveling dirt around my tank risers. I was handed a invoice for $2553.13. I questioned the bill of $2550+ for less than 2 hours labor and minimal effort it took to complete the repair. The answer I was given, that it's not based on hours or effort (if not, then what?) but it is an expensive operation to run and that it was more than 2 hours because they left their equipment there over night until the inspector came out. Ivey's was very professional, both the office staff and the workers, but in my opinion, $2553.13 is not a reasonable charge for the work completed in less than 2 hours and I was home the entire time they were there to supervise the work. In my opinion, there are other companies to choose from at a much better value.

Scheduling was extremely easy and even though I was calling right before a holiday weekend, they got me on the schedule immediately. Their pricing was also very reasonable AND they had a 25% off coupon for new customers. SOLD. Wayne and Tyson showed up earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and got straight to work. I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!! The actual pumping process was very quick, and they replaced the lid and filled the hole back in, good as new. These guys are prompt, efficient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the service they were providing. I am still no septic expert, but now I know one!
