As mentioned it's rarely quiet in there so take out is best overall. I recommend calling ahead for sliced deli meats or things like that as they really appreciate that. If you ever see the cherry cobbler in the fridge do not skip it - you'll regret that. Here's the inside tip - there is not a better Caesar salad with chicken this side of the Mississippi. From the initial conference call with Sarah when we were comparing several caterers, their menu proposal perfectly captured the look and feel we wanted. Joan called me back right away as she had a cancellation on the date we wanted. That was pure luck and the rest is history. Joan, her family and staff at Franklin Caterers were awesome to deal with. He was incredibly helpful with picking the menu and his suggestions and questions helped to think through all of the details. When I was unsure, his suggestions were perfect. I was able to coordinate and plan from across the country and he managed everything locally including selecting the right room at the facility for our event. Little details to big were all handled perfectly and the evening was low stress for me. All of the guests commented on the food and the caterers with high complements.
