The delivery guys never did carry it inside. So the service was unused. This greedy company is refusing to refund the $200. Customer service is poor. Their items are overpriced. Should have bought on Wayfair. 2. I bought two leather recliners from them. I was hesitant on buying them because of the cracking and peeling. The sales agent told me that if I purchase their insurance for it, that even if one my kids stab it with a pair of scissors they will replace it for free. So I got the recliners. Got the insurance. 6-8 months go by and it's cracking. Called the insurance and said they don't cover that. Sales agent lied just to get a sale. Guys beware of this company. Before they changed their name to Simple Home Plus their review rating was very bad. All they care about is sucking every cent they can from you.

First thing that bothered me, when we walked in a worker started to approach and spoke and I started to speak back. Well, he instantly bypassed myself and went straight to the elderly couple that got out of the Mercedes. Second thing that bothered me is not one person stopped to ask if I needed help with anything but you bet your last dollar they approached everyone in front, side, and behind me. We were in the store total for 40 minutes and not ONE sleazy salesperson offered to help. Yes, we may not look like we have money to spend, but you better be careful who you pass up. Someone missed out on a giant piece of commission while we had cash in hand.
