I've been here several times and I'm never disappointed in their selection or service. Super Friendly and beautiful bouquets. The flowers stay beautiful for many days. I got a lovely flower arrangement and 4 days later it looks like I just got them! I'm always able to find exactly what I need. Price may be considered high by some, but I think they're worth the extra cost because they last longer than flowers from other places and Stewart's flowers come in nice little vases. I recognize that my request to have flowers sent two days before Mother's Day may seem unreasonable, however , the response when I called Stewart's to inquire was appalling. When I called, a gentleman answered sounding frantic. When I asked if they were still delivering for Mother's Day, before I finished the question, he cut me off and exclaimed, "No, we're booked through next week!" It took every ounce of energy not to say, it's no wonder you, unlike every other florist on Yelp, has less than four stars! As a result, I left guilty for leaving this until the friday before. I came in one morning to choose a bouquet, and was very surprised to hear that Stewart does not have flowers you can pick and choose for a custom arrangement... Stewart prepared the arrangements, before hand, puts them in a fridge, and you choose from that. I went in there today to check if they could make my daughter a corsage for her prom and it was the worst service ever! The lady at the front desk was super nice and welcoming but once a man (who I believe is Stewart) came in and heard that the prom was near Mother's Day weekend he pretty much kicked me out of the store telling me goodbye over and over again! He was rude and could've said to me "no" in a nicer way because I understand the reasoning behind not wanting to do them in such a busy weekend. read more

They chose a beautiful collection of flowers that looked anything but minimally priced! We always use Stewart's Floral. They can always get what I need if they don't have it and they eagerly take direction if I have a specific design in mind. They're right across from Dominican Hospital so it's a handy stop before visiting patients. Plus, it smells SOOOO Good in there! I recently ordered flowers for a Bridal Shower and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. Franklin and his staff did an outstanding job. The table arrangements and the large floral arrangement for the cake table were stunning, very fresh and lush, and really made the shower special. I went by this shop on December 16th on a Thursday to see about ordering flowers for my sisters funeral and unexpected death. I was looking to buy flowers for the casket, my aunt who was with me wanted to order a heart wreath and I wanted flowers for her picture display table. I also explained that I would like gardenias because she loved them. They said the gardenias were simply impossible to do because they don't last. The gentlemen that we spoke to then asked when we needed the flowers and we told him the morning of the 20th by 10 AM. He assured us that that was impossible as well. That we should use the in house florist because no florist was open on Sundays to put this order together. We walked out of this florist very distraught. Like we weren't already over my sisters sudden death. It's not like you have a lot of time to organize and plan such an occasion. Needless to say after many phone calls and many florists out of business because of the economy we called another florist in Soquel. They were truly amazing! We spent 1000 on flowers for my sisters funeral. We got gardenas and more. I have worked with many florists in my line of work and I have never seen such great service. Thanks to Stewarts we found better flowers elsewhere. I am surprised they are not out of business with there callous attitude. Truly how could you treat someone like that in times of mourning? read more

I'm sad to hear the person before me had such a bad experience as ours was the complete opposite. A dear friend of the family had just passed and we needed just the right arrangement by the next day. We wanted a heart with various pink and white flowers. They have a wonderful photo display on the wall. Our friend loved pink! We found the exact heart arrangement we wanted with a beautiful blend of exquisite flowers. It's on their website also. It had lilly's, roses, gerbera daisies and other pink and white flowers. We were able to get the flowers we wanted. They delivered it by the next day with all the beautiful flowers we could hope for. I was not able to attend but my sister said it was the most beautiful one there. She took a photo for me. As we get older these things really matter. My mother was thrilled as it was her dear friend that passed. Thanks again Stewarts! Unfortunately we have another death to make arrangements for and will use Stewarts again.
