I have nothing but the highest praise for the business and the owners and employees. They were very responsive to my initial contact, scheduled us right away, and were super polite and respectful of our time and property. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations! We asked them to also do our 30 year old shower doors which you can only imagine how embedded they were with minerals over time - and I was SHOCKED at how good they looked after they were finished! Never, never would have expected they could have returned these guys to near perfect. Unfortunately it rained 5 days after the window cleaning and my beautiful shining windows are now spotted with rain marks ... Spoiler Alert: they are coming back to redo the windows because they have a 5 day rain guarantee! Stewart's Window Cleaning provides awesome and fast service and at a reasonable price. They cleaned all of our windows and solar panels in a large two story house in roughly two hours. The super clean windows really brightened the inside of our house and my solar system is generating more power than when the panels were dirty. Completely unprofessional. Showed up unannounced one hour early (on a weekend morning when we were still in bed, no warning), then refused to come back at the agreed time (so we could get our home and ourselves ready) and just stormed off without even attempting to re-schedule. They made the excuse that they had "a funeral to go" to (as if they did not know that a day or more in advance)! Very rude and disrespectful of us, their "would-be" customer. Moreover, it was clear that they were just going to try to do a rushed half-assed job to get off to their social engagement (rather than calling us a few days earlier and re-scheduling for a day they could actually do the work properly, as any decent firm would do). Bruce and the family called to let us know they were on their way so we could have the gate opened. Once they arrived, they got busy with the inside/outside of the windows, and they also cleaned all the screens and the window railings and sills. He brought a crew, and it took them about an hour! Great family company that provides quality service. Tina and Bruce were a pleasure to deal with and they made everything easy. He cleaned windows that I've never been able to get to and my house has never looked so bright on the inside from the light shining through. He was prompt (actually called and asked if he could come early since he was ahead of schedule), and professional. Tina was so sweet and kind on the phone and Bruce and Jack did the windows and the solar panels and did an awesome job and even did a little extra.
