Whatever, I'm patient, but they provide an unprepared quote with error. Finally quote gets fixed and I'm told proofs will be to me by Monday. Monday comes and nothing. Tuesday I get proofs that look like a high schooler made them on Microsoft paint. This is the 3 weeks after drop off. They tell us we have a date the next day, but yet they can't even get me proper proofs. Called EVERY day to finally get a call back. No accountability, just excuses and them encouraging me to have them print, well no because how can I trust the print to go forward when the proof and quote were underprepared. Sure there's ups and downs in life, but if you aren't in top of your game, then acknowledge it and make it right. They missed two dates that they gave me! Had to pick up the shirts and after 3 weeks starting over for a more professional experience with a company I can trust to get it done right and hold on to their dates.

He told me he was sick and was not in the shop for a week and again promised me he would sent me a markup of the design via email that night. On November 26, I emailed the owner and asked for a status update. No response. I called the shop again on November 30 and spoke to a women who stated she would relay my message to the owner and leave a written note. She also assured me he would place the order in time for my departure. At the time of writing this review, I am scheduled to leave at the end of this week with NO response and NO sentimental birthday gift for my boyfriend. Thank you for leaving me high and dry Don! I typically don't go out of my way to write reviews, but I just had to after this experience…read more Absolutely terrible service. we printed a T-shirt with them to test the quality and color of the clothes, as we were ordering a large amount, and they charged us $90 with ~$70 of that being credit forward for the whole order. That's fine. So we decide to go with the company, and put in an order of over $1200 to just begin our process. I sent in the requests, and 2 weeks later no reply. I contact them again, and re-send the requests, and then no reply for another 4 days. So I ask them, when they're going to send digital proofs, and now they tell us that they don't do them unless the whole order is paid for. Keep in mind we have already done some business, and just wanted to see some simple digital proofs. Just our simple logo on some T-shirts, Hoodies, hats, ect. Literally a few minutes of work at best, and they refused claiming it's "free advertising (?)". I have never worked with a printing company, clothes or paper, which didn't offer digital proofs first. He plain out said that it's "my way of the highway" and that he's been in business for "5 whole years". Then went on to brag about the huge deals they make all the time. Terrible service and rude. They wasted a whole month of our time. Unfortunately, we now have to restart the process.
