My dress was entirely beaded so it definitely needed a gentle and skilled hand which Anna's alterations has! I've gotten a shirt and a hoodie made here before, and today I got a long sleeve shirt customized which advertised my studio. The guy working at the counter was very polite and helpful in asking what I was looking for. We went through a couple fonts and color. It didn't take long to find one that would be a perfect fit! I was even asked if I would like to add on it with clip art, designs, etc. I could have added more but I felt like it was perfect for what I needed right then. After it was all sized up and centered. I paid, it was $35 something for the long sleeve. But when you're customizing and dealing with adding things onto a shirt, you have to factor in the additional costs of each layer. Also, they have all this equipment that they have to make an ROI on. You're paying for a service, and when it comes to customization, you know it's not gonna be cheap. But that means you're also getting high quality merchandise. The man at the counter did say it would take about an hour to do, which is the normal time quoted for when I have gotten products made here. An hour wait is way better than waiting weeks for an online customization shipped to your house. The shirt came out awesome! The font was big and readable on the front and back. He even ensured to double check to see if I was satisfied with the work. I definitely was! The guys here are extremely helpful, don't rush you, and will diligently work with you to ensure your vision comes out perfect on that fabric. If you're looking to do customized T-shirt's, hoodies, hats, tank tops, sweaters, etc and you don't want to wait weeks to see the finished product. Come see I-Customize at Emerald Square Mall! No minimum multiple number of products required to do business. If you want one, that's perfectly fine! Unlike some websites where you'd need a minimum of 100 shirts to even get a price quote.
