The drama once the injections were completed between the 2 individuals that worked there was laughable. The licensed individual injected, called the receptionist in and they went all smiles commenting "oh what a difference", along with many other comments. They told me how wonderful and successful the procedure was and that if I drank lots of water it would only get better. I got home, took more photo's and there was absolutely NO CHANGE. I made an appointment for the following week in attempt to either correct the problem or discuss why the procedure didn't work and was met with a rude and unprofessional reaction. No understanding, no suggestion of a fix except to say "well we'll have to do more injections" which equates to "more money". Just such a rip off. Make sure you go to your own dermotologist !!!

I rescheduled in June, had another consult June 12 with the office where they walked me through what pre-operative tests has expired and what I would need to do to get ready for surgery on the newly scheduled date 7/24. I met with my cosmetic surgeon, she surveyed my body again to make sure nothing had changed and they put me on the calendar. July 2 I spoke to the surgical coordinator, Melissa, by phone. This woman is pretty methodical and she runs a tight ship, I hadn't heard from her about the pre-op stuff so I texted her and she requested a call. My surgeon had quit on June 12, the day of my pre-operative appointment and they just never reached out to tell me. They brought in a new surgeon, she offered to honor the price I had already paid to have surgery with the new surgeon even if it would have been more expensive otherwise because of all the trouble. Because this is such a huge decision, I told them I would meet with their surgeon but I wasn't going to commit to anything and I wanted my money back to explore other options. I was paid in full in December 2024 to the tune of 22k. The owner of the practice emails me, says she'll be back on July 15th from travel and she'll process my refund then. Then, in another email, she produces the attached document notifying me that if I don't keep my money with the practice and commit to surgery with them, they're going to keep 50% because I needed to reschedule in February on short notice. This quote their relying on to take half my money clearly states it's not a contract and I don't think I have ever seen the second page of that quote with the penalties. I didn't cancel anything until my surgeon quit. I certainly didn't cancel in February. They cancelled on me on July 2 and now they're trying to either take my money or stuff this other surgeon down my throat, neither of which are acceptable resolutions to me.

Warning Review for Venclexta (Venetoclax)…read more I was prescribed Venclexta by my oncologist Dr Rosen at Hematology Oncology in Fort Pierce Florida, after 12 years of being under their care. After about a month on the medication, I began experiencing serious side effects: * Skin discoloration * Severe illness and fatigue * Hair loss * Two new tumors in my groin area I reported these symptoms to the nurse, but I was told to "just keep taking it." I became increasingly sick and went to St. Lucie Medical Center for evaluation. Despite this, my oncologist insisted I not stop the medication. Out of concern, I called the manufacturer directly (AbbVie). They immediately told me to stop taking Venclexta and inform my doctor. This contradicted what my oncologist had advised and confirmed my fear that something was very wrong. This medication may help some, but my experience was deeply harmful--both physically and emotionally. What was worse than the side effects was the lack of proper medical response when I needed help the most. Please be cautious. Trust your instincts. If you're experiencing severe side effects, advocate for yourself, and seek a second opinion. Venclexta is powerful--but not without serious risks.
