On the 3rd day I went by again. Employee said he gave my information to his boss or owner.Person he gave the information was there but was busy with a customer. I said to have him give call me when he was done, No call to this date ( 5 days). Bad customer service, and chances are does a bad wrap job. I own another sign shop in California. I had a customer in Jackson Hole who needed some graphics…read moreinstalled. It was a simple job for some trailer graphics. Gravity said they could do it for us and had me prepay for the work. On the day of the install they advised me the job was beyond their capabilities (a 12' x 6' graphic on a flat surface) which turned out to be a lie. At the same time they were emailing me, their employee was on site making my customer pay them directly with a 60%+ markup. We ship graphics all over the country and have others do the install for us and we install locally for other companies. It is a common practice. I have never had another company pull such an unethical stunt like this.
