They say the only thing worse than no business, is too much business and that seems to be the case with these folks. After a couple hours I get a reply that the production time is now 2+ weeks. I responded okay let's get the order going blah blah.....again time goes by with another vague email basically like ok. Couple hours goes by nothing, email again and get a quick response that the information has been forwarded to someone else to process the order. The end of the day comes and no phone call or email. Then the weekend so I expected nothing. Then Monday late afternoon still no email phone call nothing. Their customer service is lacking.
