My insurance covers visits regardless of a wellness plan or not. I provided a reference number from my insurance confirming this but the visits were never submitted to insurance. I tried resolving the issue by talking to the front desk who stated insurance does not typically cover these visits and I would ask for the charges to be submitted. The charges were never submitted. Remember, I gave a reference number from the insurance regarding this very issue. I have emailed the billing department and never received a response. I called the billing department and explained the situation and again was told insurance typically would not cover. I asked for the charges to be submitted. The billing person stated she would need to ask the doctor before doing so. The care is good but the burden of fixing insurance issues is placed on the patient. If the billing department had only just submitted the charges as requested instead of waiting 90 days and sending me an invoice stating I owed money. I have never had issues with any other provider. I will be taking my care needs elsewhere.

I had previously seen many chiropractors for many years regarding this same injury, but Dr. Aaron was the only one to diagnose me properly and actually heal my injury instead of just prolonging my "no pain" time. When I became pregnant, I started seeing Dr. Kurt on a monthly basis to help with mobility and to prevent any larger problems. I am convinced that Dr. Kurt kept me healthy and pain free during my entire pregnancy. After my son was born, I continued to see Dr. Kurt as we worked through new motherhood "injuries,"including tendonitis from picking up my son too many times! These guys are not your typical "back cracker" chiros. They really know their stuff. My husband sees Dr. Aaron for sports maintenance and he always swears that Dr. Aaron watches him walk in the door and knows exactly where he hurts that day. Dr. Aaron, Dr. Kurt, and Dr. Gary take pride in continuing their education and are always learning new techniques and earning new certificates or accreditation. I trust that I am in the best hands when I walk in their office, and I know I wouldn't find that peace of mind anywhere else. Their office staff is wonderful to work with and super accommodating. I have had to reschedule many of my appointments and they are always able to get me in quickly when it works with my schedule. I went to the appointment to have something done like getting my neck cracked and realigned. I pay the $39.00. They wanted to do X-rays which I didn't want because I just had 5 views of X-rays done by my dr, a week ago and brought the report with me so that I would not have to have them again. They put me in a big fancy office and that's when I find out they were not going to do anything today, just talk and find out how this has affected my life, etc etc, all of which I had answered in form after form they had me fill out. Then I would have to make another appointment, paying the full price of course for them to actually treat me. I would not recommend going here. All the stories you hear about how chiropractors and how they are a racket...this is a prime example of that. I am going to drive across town to a chiropractor that will actually do something to help and not try to make a long term treatment plan jut to take in the bucks.
