I can't tell you how I appreciate the customer service , reliability and price. These guys print up my menus in like minutes sometimes. I say this because I was going to kinkos before. Had so many problems where their machine would " break down " or they would just be standing around and I had sent my menus the day before. They were very expensive and the manager was rude and told me to go somewhere eise when I politely said I've had many problems picking up these things. Plus the price was much more than copy copy. We submitted a digital image and within in a couple days we had the banner. It was on a nice heavy duty vinyl/plastic with solid grommets. It looked very professional and I received many compliments on it. For the second project, we had about 100 tee shirts printed. Similar process. If you have just a drop off, they will check your package and give you the tracking receipt. If you need more help they will help you package your item. I've never waited long - maybe a minute or two, but that's to be expected during the holidays. The store is clean which I appreciate. The only improvement they could make would be automatic doors or a button to open the doors. When you have your hands full of packages it can be a real struggle to figure out how to get in without dropping your stuff.
