My first time printing with StickerGiant.com was a bit sticky, as they have pretty rigid print dates for different material types, they don't offer all shipping options out of the continental U.S., and we had a small mistake with the way the stickers were organized. After two weeks of file submissions, being told conflicting info, request for guidance being denied, proofs coming back wrong or incomplete, and dealing with a condescending rep (Andi)...I've had enough. Andi actually said "Sometimes thing like this just have to happen." after delivering the news that there was no way to get labels to us before our deadline. So FAST, easy templates for cut marks, inexpensive and professional! I ordered individually cut oval stickers and received a message that pandemic short-staffing may cause a two-day fulfillment delay. Told me they couldn't quote me a price based on provided project specifics, until I had set up my project up on their site 100%. When I refused, they somehow managed to pull a quote. That quote was 5x the competition I found online. I elected to take my business elsewhere this time! I may regret it - I may be getting poor quality stickers for 1/5 the cost. I'm sure StickerGiant makes incredible stickers that are 5x the quality... but I'll never know, as their business practices seem designed to deter customers. 2 stars because they were prompt at reply, and courteous - even though I was making "abnormal requests". I just wonder about that policy where you don't get a price until you've invested your time setting up your project. I'd have been steamed if I had taken the time to set things up, only to find out cost was 5x. I still would have walked away from StickerGiant... It took them 3 days to reply on our email about our orders that has been waiting for days with a supposed to be "quick " turnaround. Their customer service and communication is pretty bad. We needed stickers for a company event on Saturday. I ordered Tuesday and had them Friday! The staff was very friendly and the communication was great. With that being said, when I received my stickers the border was heavier on one side, giving them the appearnce of being lopsided. An employee contacted me to see how my product was and I let her know the problem I was having. She offered two solutions, both of which pleased me. Not every business is perfect...mistakes happen. How you handle the mistake is what makes you a good business. Not many companies care about customer service. I am a small business owner, just starting out. I found this company while searching for sticker labels for my product. They seemed like a good choice at first for a fairly decent price. Unfortunately they could not use our logo because of the specific design. They promptly got back to us to inform that they didn't have the capabilities to print them how we wanted. I decided to call so I could clarify what the issue was. Basically once I called to tell them we wanted our money back the lady on the phone became very rude. She even suggested us changing our logo which clearly we could not do, it's for my business not a birthday party. I was not rude to her and tried explaining why we couldn't change the design. She quickly said they would refund the money, then she Hung up on me before I even finished speaking. I have since found a company that can do our logo.
