When you're dealing with people who may or may not be disabled, asking them to move from chair 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 in the waiting room is an actual burden on them. Then they get into the actual dispensary and find stools that are so low, you can't see over the counter. Way to make the disabled feel like second class citizens. I can't envision myself ever coming back here when there's so many dispensaries to choose from that don't make me embarrass myself by announcing my invisible disability. Placed an order online, got a confirmation text that it was being put together after about 30 mins, drove another 30 mins just to get a text right as I pulled in to the parking lot that they didn't have what I ordered in stock but I was free to place a new order. It took over an HOUR to figure out something wasn't in stock? What kind of an operation are you running here? I've been to literally hundreds of dispensaries in multiple states, used to work in the recreational industry in California, and never once have I had this happen on an online order. How cheap do you have to be to run an inventory system that doesn't update in real time? I placed an order, got a confirmation, and drove 30 minutes here (so yes, an hour in total wasted) I waited outside for a few moments because there were signs that said to, while the employees inside talked and laughed. I realized they weren't coming to check me in, so I went inside. The security guard immediately turns me away because of a "final call at 7:45, because of, you know, Doucey". I assume this man was referring to the curfew, which IS NOT IN PLACE ANYMORE ANYWAY. I was not informed of this "final call" when placing my order, and it did not say this on any confirmation that I received. I checked for a latest arrival time, too, as other dispensaries I've been to have given me those. Nothing. This was my first experience here, and I was very excited to be a first time patient and check out the place and their products. I will definitely not be returning. I understand that weird things happen and sometimes you close earlier and such, I work in customer service. I would not have handled the situation as he did, shaking his head and saying "yeahhhhhhh...., no there's nothing I can do" over and over again. Maybe train him a little better.
