First of all the fact that they are open before 10 AM in the morning is AMAZING. I had planned on running errands and virtually every store I went to was not open until 10. So I was very happy that they were open. Second of all The girl whose name I swore I would try to remember and now I cannot. Anyway she worked yesterday morning lol. That was Thursday, November 3. She could not have been nicer. Or more helpful! You had an excellent selection of zero nicotine disposable vapes called "the cube". The store was clean. Tons of choices! Knowledgeable employees. Service, Friendly, Informative, more times than not having what I'm looking for thank you

I'm done with this shop and will not spend another penny there. The first time I came in he sold me a bowl for my piece saying how strong they were and he had a customer say she drops them all the time...it's glass so it's a silly thing to say but whatever I needed one so I bought it it broke right away. I bought several pieces there that all broke very easily. I've literally never had such an issue before. There was also green coloring that came off of one and my other visits they were just rude. I had to ask for something to be wrapped... it's glass and you work in a smoke shop, respectfully I shouldn't have to ask you to wrap it. I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

It was awesome because it was open till 2 AM and I only had to drive 11 minutes there. So it's kind of a longer drive, but we can't be picky at that time in the morning. However, when it IS that time, you're usually the only customer. So Mr.Employee needs to step up their customer service game, since you're the only one that they need to pay attention to..., so I'm just saying that Mr. Worker Guy did seem a little... lacking "pizzazz" .. like his jazz hands or spirit fingers were tucked away deep in his pockets. I just didn't feel a warm and cozy afterglow when our short visit ended, and I couldn't even tell you what he looked like because in no way did he even TRY to get into my peripheral view when I was asking for specific flavors of vapes. I stopped in to their shop recently as I saw a new banner advertising their sale of Kratom. I am a chronic pain patient and Kratom is a hot topic amid the various online support groups. I was impressed as I entered the store. Very clean, bright and well organized. Not like the smoke shops I remember from back in the day! I was helped right away by two store employees, both who were very knowledgeable on Kratom and answered my questions so I could make an educated purchase best suited for my needs. We just moved in near this place and we were really excited to have a local place near us. The dude there was super cool and everything was great, but when we got home our puff bar was leaking (and we all know that it'll keep leaking or spit in you mouth and it never works out) so we go back to swap it out, he was still kind of cool, gave me a little attitude for no reason about how "it's fine, just clean it" whatever... I get home and this one straight up doesn't work at all, so again I go back I show him literally 3 min after we left and he's a total dick about it, saying how I could've broken it and how I should've tested it there. So long story short, we will never be going there again, not because they sell shitty products, but because of his attitude. read more

I believe the two owners are brothers and they're super helpful every time I come in, definitely reasonable prices. One moment that stood out to me was one day when I came in to pick out an enail.
