Lines are so long. You guys started selling cheap weed and people from phoenix drive all the way there. No wonder no one gets out line. They drive 30 minutes to get there. Stop advertising deals you won't honor Came in for the discounted full ounce from the Flower Shop Deli that was supposed to be available all month, and surprise -- it's "out of stock." Meanwhile, they still have plenty of older product sitting there. It's obvious what's going on. They advertise deals to get people in the door, then suddenly don't restock so they can push the old inventory first. That's not a real deal -- that's baiting customers. Stop playing games with customer loyalty. If you advertise a monthly special, actually have it available. Do not go here they are fraudsters and do not honor what's on their website. I placed an online order for 1g for $4 on a deal they were running. After coming all the way down I was first told they don't honor what's on their website and that I could not buy a gram and then I was told that I couldn't use my points on my transaction either. This was never mentioned in the email I received about my order nor on the website. The employee said he had been trying to ask the managers to remove the option from the site and maybe they really should get a clue and do so. The security guard was offensive and extremely rude. He yelled "Jesus Christ" to both my husband and son because they didn't have their ID out quick enough. Said we are really busy which they were not. Also they take soooo long to do any transactions. I will never visit the Flower Shop again. The cans they use here for flower are awful. Do not purchase anything they sell in a can if you have carpal tunnel, or sensitive hands opt out for glass jars or flower in a bag. They are almost impossible to open. I understand keeping it fresh but there has to be another way that doesn't leave the hands throbbing. So...I ordered and pre paid using Jane Pay...when I arrived at the dispensary I was told that they had no Jane Pay for me, and I would need to pay at the counter. They assured me that no charges would be made on my account. The next morning my bank account had $100.91 deducted, the receiver of the funds...The Flower Shop. I printed out the bank statement and took it to the Mesa location where they proceeded to deny responsibility for the stolen funds. Clearly that upset me, and of course that's when they decided I needed to leave, how dare I be upset about the theft of my money. Needless to say, I caused a scene and I intend to cause quite a few more problems for the Flower Shop....they stole from the wrong paying customer. They're going to learn.... read more

When I went into the store to pick it up, they told me the strain I selected "didn't count" for the deal but the website confirmed the deal, strain and price. I was wanting to try this local dispensary. I placed my order on-line with the pick-up time selected. My order was confirmed however, that's as far as it got. It continued to be "verified" for several hours AFTER my pick-up time had passed. Never advanced to being processed or filled and ready for pick-up. Why don't they shut down the on-line ordering if they are going to ignore? I tried to call this location but it went to message. I left a message to process their on-line orders. I have been coming here since November and have watched the customer service rapidly decline, but today was the final straw. I prefer to walk in knowing precisely what I'm purchasing, but the website would not load for me. Hoping the staff would be knowledgeable and helpful, I was sorely disappointed. I've encountered the young man at #6 before and so I didn't expect much, but he clearly did not want to be there today. I am beyond irritated.!! The last time I was there the guy overcharged me. Not cool. So I called the store the same day and the girl was way cool. Acknowledged the mistake and said just come back and they will fix it. My understanding was cash back...but store credit is fine. When I went back today the manager told me that I was mistaken. Those PRs were 7/pc. Not 4." dUHHH! And they were on sale for $4 each that is the reason I bought 4. two of each flavor. Today I went back. I had 10$ and my 15$ credit. This place is a literal dump. I placed a BOGO order online for The Flower Shop concentrates and was snaked when I came to pay. They only too $5 off my order and said the 2.5g jars didn't qualify. The manager only escalated everything I was cool to try and promo out the deal and then he got upset and said this transaction is done. He wouldn't honor the price and called the police saying I would be trespassed and how he felt scared as a black man. What business turns away customers who are lined up well before closing time, just because they weren't able to serve the customers the had in store at a pace efficient enough to get people in the doors. This is absolutely ridiculous. If the close time is 10, people should be able to get in the doors if they are there before closing time (within reason of course). I should have just listened to the other low reviews because this is an extremely poor business practice and extremely inconsiderate.
