He immediately sent out an extremely knowledgeable technician arrived he dound the problem with the condenser and tried to repair it but it had seen its last days. The owner of the company called me back that evening to ask about the replacement. He promptly ordered it, told me it would be in Monday morning. At 7:45 am Monday morning, as promised the owner again called and said they would be arriving shortly to remove the old unit and he would be bringing the replacement. The team he sent was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. The installation went perfectly. They cleaned up the work area better than they found it. One of the technicians even made a custom door dor the filter housing and labeled it with the dimensions. Who does that? Clerico Heating and Cooling that's who! Dave returns calls in a very reasonable amount of time.
