The front desk staff is so nice and welcoming; they're always…read moresmiling and greeting clients as they walk in, and it's amazing how quickly they learn your name. They always offer beverages ("Would you like lemon in your water?") The nail staff is amazing - charming and fun and easy to talk with, and so, so good. My nails always look beautiful (toes and fingers) and I have such a lovely time. Melissa, Carly, and Elizabeth, especially. It's a wonderful experience. Heated neck wraps are immediately offered, they always check with you on water temperature for pedicure tubs (which also have lovely soothing lights that change color). The massage chairs are almost as good as an actual masseuse (although for a real massage...oh, yes, this is the place!) They have both OPI and essi, and always the latest colors. The first woman really tried to rush me into choosing a nail color so that we could get started. My daughter chose first, so she went first. A man who she said was the owner came out and adjusted my chair. He kept trying to give me instructions but I couldn't understand him. He tried to be friendly and talk a lot. As I said, I just had a difficult time understanding him. I hope I didn't seem rude. I was worried at first because he pinched my toe with one of the tools. I gave it time and everything went smooth. He paid so much attention to detail. I think he did a wonderful job. I just feel this place is over priced. It is kind of a hole in the wall. They have tv's and massage chairs, it's just not very pretty in there to be a salon. My daughter wasn't very happy with the technician she got this time. She was very quick. She also told her she'd give her a fill on her nail this time, but next time she must get a new set. Apparently, this is the only one that has ever said that to her. Overall, we got the job done and paid a little more than usually but it's good proximity to our house, plus we didn't have to wait.

The woman working (again the only woman working nails...) told me it would be 15 minutes, which was fine because I had an hour before I had to leave. 30 minutes later she tells me to pick my color, another 5 and I'm in the chair...tells me she doesn't have that color, and then sits down in the chair diagonally from me to do the mani pedi of the girl next to me first. I left. Never to return. *my shellac the first time around was okay... Color was a little see through at the tips. Not amazing, not something to write home about. Just okay. And pricey.

I went to have partial highlights and a light trim. I got about 8-9 foils, less than I asked and…read morepaid for and the Jamie Davis decided that she would butcher my bangs. They are so short that they won't even lay down. It's absolutely the worst haircut I have ever received in 52 years. I had explained that I had trouble growing my hair so I didn't want much taken off and not to cut my bangs. Next thing I know she pulls my hair up and chopped them off. There was only maybe an inch left of them. I don't know any reputable hair stylists that would ever do anything like this. I am. Now stuck with pinning my banks back with Bobby pins as there is no other option at this point. I will never return to this salon! Even after emails and texts she has refused to respond. Very unprofessional and the worst hairdresser I have ever been to. With all the other salons around , take my advice and never go to her. You will be highly disappointed. It was just a nightmare.
