My last visit was a bad one because the dryers I was using had uneven heat. The top was good during the second cycle but the first cycle left my clothes wet. The bottom one was worse because neither of the 2 cycles dried my clothes. I tried to tell the staffer there but she kept twisting my words and refused to hear what I said. I tried talking to the owner about looking into why the heat source was so uneven only to get the same treatment from her. Every time I go there it is that much more expensive. Only reason for my going there is the laundromat on the premises where I live is out of order.

They have about five of them and the people here always act like they own it once they touch it so there's never one to use to transfer your clothes from one side to the other unless you happen to get here in a day where there's kind people washing their laundry. Today there's a homeless guy sleeping inside and every single one of the carts has peoples personal stuff in them next to washers so there's nothing to use it all and I can't even find a person to talk to you about it in here and that's the first time I haven't been able to find anyone here. Of the 10 times I've use this place two times. I actually had the things I needed like the carts because someone was nice enough to share. To the owners, I recommend putting up a sign that says no sleeping in our building. These carts are only for use for transfer not for you to keep while your clothes are washing so that other people could use them do you know things like that? This laundromat was very close to where I live and I was very impressed at how large it was and how many machines (washing machines and dryers) on the premises. I didn't use the washing machines because I washed my clothes at home. The dryers are huge and it only took 4 quarters (30 minutes) to dry my clothes. The staff very helpful and there were two change machines there. Also there is a dry cleaners adjacent to the laundromat.
