Well... new to Abq and public laundry... came upon this delightful business that quickly became an asset... "never had I ever" seemed to be my experience. Never have I ever .. paid for a literal cup of detergent, not a laundry box ..everything was behind the counter: bulk ingredients that if you need cost the equivalent to the laundromat experiences I've had... but this place had something special that no laundry I've ever gone to had a matron to help when your comforter unleashes a flood of suds upon a tight business... with care and attentiveness the matron of the business. Lovely small, local, eccentric laundry with a great matron who can help with your cleaning solutions...! read more

Don't use if you want them to launder your furniture covers. They we almost as bad as when I took them, except that the cat fur was now stuck to the cover. read more

Great place for a quick stop in the area! Very nice lady that works there and she helped us out when we ran out of quarters :) well maintained, good prices 2.50 for machines .25 for 8mins of drying and reliable machines! We have used this place several times. We have mostly taken sheets, blankets and comforters. We usually drop them off and pick them up a day later. We have even taken an 8 by 10 Ruggable over there to be cleaned. Everything always comes out clean and fresh. I will be taking over several pair of jeans over there now as well.The service is GREAT, and the attendant are so nice! We are very happy that we found Rainbow Laundromat! read more

I've never been so excited and eager to yelp a laundromat!!! This place is adorable and great priced. When you walk in, you will immediately notice the chalkboard sign " Thanks for 19 wonderful years". There's snacks, magazines and even a quant bookshelf. Friendly staff but only half the dryers seem to work. Mentioned it to staff the first time I came and gave me a refund. Second time I came and again only some dryers work. You'll waste time and money coming here. read more

Staff seemed very friendly and helpful but not very dedicated to providing excellent service. Half of their equipment is out of order and it is currently 6:44pm, they close at 7:45 and the staff has shut down the restroom for the rest of the night because they had just finished mopping the floor. A whole hour and one minute early as If it isn't an inconvenience already for families that have to come to a laundry mat. read more

I have been here several times and with each visit there is always an attendant on the floor. They're helpful, nice, and make you feel welcome. If you forgot your softener or soap, they have it available and give you change, if you need it. I can say this is a safe laundromat as some other locations, such as Spincycle on Juan Tabo, are not. I will start coming here. I am very disappointed with Spincycle; I lost $20 in the bill changer and no one returned my call for a refund. Even the attendant was on the floor on the day I lost the money. As I said, I will start coming to Rainbow. Thank you. read more

I've taken clothes here during the state fair for the last two years. Their drop off wash and fold service is so awesome! They are fast. Our clothes were super clean, smelled great and were neatly folded. If this business was in my hometown, I would never do my own laundry again! Love this place!!! read more
