I can't believe this place hasn't been reviewed in a while! It's such a gem in town. The staff is always friendly and super accommodating if you want to sample different flavors. The scoops are generous, and the prices are very fair for the quality. Their Graham Central is a must-try, but you also can't go wrong with coconut, blueberry pie, or Almond Joy. What happened to our ice cream today! We placed our orders for hard ice cream, but when we received our cups and cones, the ice cream was very mushy. When we asked why the ice cream was so soupy, we were told that the ice cream was left out while the staff was defrosting the freezers! We can't believe that Stillwell's can't provide a vacant freezer to keep the ice cream in while another freezer is defrosted, not only to keep the ice cream nice and firm, but also to prevent bacteria from forming. Stillwells One Stop Ice Cream Shop of Raymond is a popular ice cream parlor (open year round) located in the Cozy Corner Plaza next door to Louie's Pizza, across the road from the Tuckaway Tavern. They have several other locations around eastern NH including Plaistow, Exeter, Hampton, and Alton Bay. Stillwells offers over 50 flavors of Richardson's Ice Cream and 11 flavors of 95 percent fat free yogurt. Soft serve is also available on a seasonal basis (warmer months). They offer cones, cups, sundaes, razzles, freezes, frappes, floats, ice cream sodas, and Richie's Italian Ices. There's also a toppings bar (candies/nuts) for an additional charge. The place is bright and clean with a few low lounge chairs and coffee tables in the front portion of the shop. The prices here are fair (in 2015), ice cream cones/cups-Mini ($2), Baby (1 scoop $2.50), Kiddie (2 scoops $3.50), Small (3 scoops $4.00), Medium (4 scoops $4.50), Large (5 scoops $5.00); waffle cones (add $0.50-$1.00); sundaes $3.50-$6.25; banana split $6.50; razzles $4.75, root beer float $4.50, frappes/freezes $5.00-$6.50. Stillwells serves Richardson's ice cream from Middleton, MA. An dairy farm that is always rated one of the best ice cream and frozen yogurt producers in New England. My two favorites are mint patty frozen yogurt and their pistachio ice cream. If you like ice cream that with a creamy flavor, you've come to the right place. The staff provide good portions and toppings. Based on COVID restrictions, there are only a few customers in the shop at one time. This means that you will be lined up outside against the building until your turn to come in. There were 18 people ahead of me and that meant a 25 minute wait on a Sunday night. Great ice cream fix but make sure you have your phone to surf while you wait your turn. read more

Really great, fast, friendly service. We attended Tuesday night after revival services at New Life church with 20 of us. The staff didn't blink and eye that it was 15 minutes to closing and they'd already cleaned everything up. We got friendly service with a smile, fast service- scooping and serving 19 ice creams (the toddlers shared) in only 9 minutes!!! That was amazing. What really puts it over the top is the staff, sometimes just one person, sometimes three but always nice and accomodating. Special note that Naiomi is a favorite, really nice young lady who makes going to this shop a little nicer. Try them out, worth the trip. read more

Stillwell's is not only the best ice cream but the prices are fair and reasonable. My friends and I eat hear every chance we get. We love the ice cream and the toppings and the prices. If you want high priced go for it, but that is all it is high priced. Most restaurants in the area are using Richardsons so you can't go wrong with that. read more

Absolutely terrible my frapps the past 3 times I have gone in have been milky with little to actuly either one scoop or no ice cream at all I get 5 to 6 evry time for my kids and wife and her sisters kids when they are over and the most recent time we all got sick and i thought the milk tasted funny and smelt weird and it turns out the milk was bad and this happend twice out of the 3 times I've went in the past 4 months their floors are always dirty trash always overflowing workers always talking trash about people workers smoking indoors and do not even get me started on the 2 owners mother and daughter when I contacted them about my children getting sick off their old milk they used I was basically ignored and put off for 2 weeks finaly got their number from the store and when they answered i explained my situation and was told its not their problem the milk they bought was bad and I got hung up on yes their ice cream was once good but with the change of staff and management it is all going down hill read more

Businesses who have websites with times of operation should really update those websites with the correct closing time. I was informed at 8:05 that the store was closed at 8, the door was not locked. I told her i went on the website before driving all the way there and it said 9:00. She informed me that 9 was the summer hours. This being December you would think they would have updated their hours. Well they didnt. The right thing to do to keep a customer happy and not write this kind of review would have been to say i will wIt on you. My husband and I were out for our anniversary dinner on Saturday night (9/22/18) and instead of getting dessert at the restaurant in Deerfield, we booked it to Raymond for ice cream at Stillwells. We pulled into the parking lot at 8:45pm (Google stated they were open until 9:00pm) and when I got to the door, noticed a sign on the door stating that as of 9/24/18 hours were changing and they would only be open until 8:30pm. I opened the door and asked the girls inside if they were open, as the sign said 8:30 starting on the 24th, and that it is the 22nd. She said "yeah, so I said, "ok, so we can get some ice cream then?" and she rudely said, "no, we already are closing up." I said, "but it's the 22nd, not the 24th, you should be open 15 more minutes" she then told me that they were closed. We used to frequent this location for ice cream, as it is right down the road from our home, but we will NOT be going back anytime soon- I can assure you of that. read more

I have this a one star because I can't rate it any lower. If the service dictates the ice cream then I just spent 15 dollars on the worst ice cream in New England let alone in nh. The waitstaff told us to go outside then rushed us into ordering without helping us with items on the menu.
