She sat my husband in the chair, ask him a lot of questions not once set me in there. She took me to do my x-ray and jerked my neck when we return to the room, I was sitting in a chair in the corner. She not once set me in the dentist chair to check my teeth out or anything, and once the dentist came in The dental assistant was on the computer put in the numbers in for the while the dentist was telling her about my husband's teeth, and then once the dentist done with my husband she asked me to sit in the dentist chair when I got in the dentist chair the dental assistant got up and left out of the room, and then she came back and said she was going to go help someone else and I thought her job was to assist the dentist. The dental assistant gave me the impression that she was racist because my husband is Hispanic and I am an African-American female, and she also sat there flirting with my husband in my face so what kind of a dental assistance is she she should be ashamed of herself, and she should be removed from her practice if she's gonna be racist against people and flirt with the patients. she's in the wrong job position. I pay $185 for nothing because they didn't do anything for me. I had informed them that I had been spitting pus out in the morning and when I said that the dental assistant wrinkled her nose up at me. I informed the dentist about it me spitting the pus assume that the dentist would prescribed me a anabiotic all she said was if we need anabiotic to call them and they will send one over for us. I would've assumed that while I was in her office she would have sent me an antibiotic prescription over to the pharmacy for me. I had informed them that I was spitting out Puss in the morning. I guess all they wanted was my money. I will tell you one thing I will never ever step one foot in that racist Dental office ever again.

Terrible experience…read more I normally do not leave reviews, and I am usually willing to let a bad experience go without saying anything. However, this experience was significant enough that I feel it is important to share what happened. This was my first visit to Fort Worth Dental. No dental treatment was provided. I left the appointment without receiving the care I came in for, yet the practice still submitted a claim to my insurance. During the appointment, I was accused by the dentist Dr. Pham three separate times of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I do not use drugs. I also do not believe the condition of my teeth was severe enough to warrant such an accusation, particularly from someone who had no knowledge of my dental history. What I found especially unprofessional and ignorant was that, after I corrected the accusation, it was repeated rather than acknowledged and moved past. As a patient, you have to trust your dental provider to listen to you, respect you, and approach your care professionally. I felt that trust was violated during my very first visit. Patients should be able to seek dental care without being subjected to unsupported accusations, particularly when those accusations are repeated after being corrected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with basic respect, professionalism, and trust. The dentist was confidently incorrect and made the entire situation extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Almasri was abrupt at our first appointment and told her she wasn't taking adequate care of her teeth and if she continued on that way she'd lose them all in her 40s. I think he was trying to scare her a bit so I wasn't too concerned. We scheduled a deep cleaning done over the course of two visits and he and his assistants were gentle but thorough. They asked about her comfort throughout the procedure and made sure she was okay afterwards. Then it was time for the gum graft. That is a rough surgery but he walked her through it and answered all her questions. When it came time for the surgery he was as kind and caring as could be. They even called the next day to check on her. Unfortunately, three days later the roof of her mouth hemorrhaged at 11 o'clock at night but Dr. Almasri answered his cell phone and sent us straight to the ER. While we were there he spoke with the ER physician and we came to find out he was in Germany for a funeral. The fact that he took our calls while he was out of the country and did his best to troubleshoot from there cemented how caring of a doctor he is. I highly recommend Dr. Almasri for your periodontist needs. While he can be abrupt, his goal is to get your teeth and gums right and then not see you again.

When I moved to Texas 6 years ago it was difficult to find a periodontist that would take care of me. Moving is hard and finding new doctors is even harder. This office is a place that cares. They took care of me when I needed care. They will work with you to coordinate the best care for you. They can help you maintain while you save for the necessary treatments. Dr. Almsari cares about his patients, and if he is telling you that you need something done it is because he cares. He gives you the diagnostic and treatment plan that is the best for your issue. It is ok to ask questions. The staff and doctor will help you with options. And they can suggest a discount plan you can sign Up for that can get you significant discounts. Also if you didn't know you can use your HSA and FSA to pay for your treatment so if you know you have a big procedure. Have work hold a few extra dollars on your contribution.
