Sent them drawings for a fairly small size job via email as requested, did not hear anything for 6…read moredays. Called, sat on hold, then the gentleman who answered had not even looked at my drawings, finally found them in unanswered emails, complained about being too busy... no apology whatsoever. I stated if he was too busy I can find someone else to do the job. He arrogantly said, OK... and hung up on me. Wasted 6 days of my time, my clients time, when anyone could have called or emailed to say, sorry we cannot do it, or, we're too busy at the moment. Not how I would treat my customers... Very disrespectful.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Family owned and operated. We were passing…read morethrough for the weekend when we realized we had an emergency situation with our horse trailer. Long story short, other businesses in town were unable to even show interest in helping. At Bailey's however, they went above and beyond to take care of us. Shop closes at 4pm on Friday for the weekend. Owner personally worked on our trailer from noon till 9pm on a Friday night. Did not stop until he safely got us on the road. Who does this anymore???
