The owner (Jason) bid the job and was very Helpful explaining all the available options, and in designing and building the deck and the fence that would match what we had in mind. He made suggestions to improve durability and aesthetics which we incorporated, and it turned out far better than we expected. We went with a composite deck and a Cedar fence. The transformation took approximately 4 weeks to complete, we watched every day as they deconstructed the old and then built the new. They cut no corners and everything was done to ensure a long life for the deck and fence. Cornerstone's attention to quality and to detail was impressive to watch. from the footing system they used to anchor the deck, to the postmaster fence posts and horizontal cedar planking, they build their projects to last. They did a terrific job, the crew was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jason was on site everyday and communicated with us daily to see if we had questions or concerns. The complete project has been a mess I am still paying for. Oh, and an entire panel fell off the fence that I've had to pay to repair because it wasn't built correctly. I wouldn't allow this company to build with Lincoln logs, let alone a structure for my house. I wish I could post pictures to this review. A complete horror show.

He didn't give us a paper estimate, then lost the estimate, lost our contact information twice, never answers his phone, and does not respond to messages.
