He was very knowledgeable and during our discussion, you can tell he knew what he was talking about. So many horror stories about white hazes and issues from OTHER companies... Greg knew why that happened and explained how their process along with the product they use is not going to be an issue. It isn't. Their crew showed up again, on time and power washed my pavers to remove dirt and the existing sand. The next day it was supposed to be sealed but, when they showed up it was too wet from the wash so, they returned the next day! They finished the job and it is beautiful. Josh was great and helped me move furniture out of the way of the washing process AND, worked with the mowers when they arrived to make sure they did not throw grass on the newly sealed pavers. He said he had tons and tons of conrete fill, and asked that we rent him a Bobcat. First we rented him a Bobcat for a 1-day rental. They came back the next day but FORGOT THE KEYS to their truck. We had to pay extra money to get the rental company to come pick-up the bobcat. They left their dump truck on our property for a week. Second, when they finally came back RICARDO asked for us to rent him a DINGO so that they can finish the job pushing the concrete fill. BUT, he used the dingo at other jobs for 3 DAYS BEFORE COMING TO OUR PROPERTY. He tore up half our yard in the process. It's been 3 MONTHS in trying to get him to come back --- our yard looks like crap, and the concrete still sits there and is so unsightly. I've asked him to reimbuse for the 3 days he did NOT use the equipment at our place ($850+) and he keeps giving me the run around. He also went on and on about giving us free material if this and that, but as someone said in another review, I don't think he remembers scope or what he told us previously very well. He hardly returned calls or texts. Or he would give some fluff about "he'll come tomorrow" but no-showed. We trusted him and were patient, but now it's just ridiculous and very disappointing. This has been such a headache for us and now have to spend more money to try and fix the problems they created.

I had a single vinyl fence post that had sunk down and was in need of being reinstalled at the correct height. I originally spoke with a representative who said they could handle the job and I specifically asked if there was a minimum charge, to which she answered "not for repairs". I later received a call from Christine Lehane, informing me that the company does not do any work in Chicago, however after ascertaining I was only a block away from Niles illinois, she graciously agreed to do the job. I later received a text from Christine stating that they had a minimum of $3500 to witch through several back and forth texting, I questioned may have been a typo for $350. I was told it was no mistake their minimum is $3,500 for any services from new installation to even small repairs. Obviously this did not work out for me and I I'm only writing this review in hopes this can help someone with smaller fence issues to save time and frustration avoiding such a large minimum requirement. To be perfectly honest, the only reason I am giving 2 stars (instead of 1) is because they were incredibly professional at all times & agreed to go slightly outside there normal boundaries as a favor. However the low rating is for not having a clear statement on any advertising that a 3,500 minimum will be charged for any services. This should not only be clearly stated, but probably several times to save any potential customers time and frustration. I have to assume their work would be on par with their professionalism, which was performed quite well and clearly. This is only a financial concern and frustration from the lack of transparency on their website.
