I ultimately had to file a small claims lawsuit. The court entered judgment in my favor, confirming that I was owed money. Unfortunately, collecting on that judgment has been an entirely separate battle that has required additional court appearances and significant time and expense. It has led to a dead end for me because of his assets (or lack thereof). The financial loss is frustrating, but what stands out most is the complete lack of accountability throughout this process. Please consider not hiring Vincent. You may save yourself months of stress, thousands of dollars, and the regret of having to learn this lesson the hard way.
