Consistent. Great service. The seafood dry pot is to die for! Dining in is nice, the lighting is great. We've been several times but we usually do take out and they're FAST! Hate to leave a bad review after how friendly the staff was. But, overpriced food that was barely edible doesn't do well for me. Spring rolls are not fresh, for sure from frozen because the inside was mushy. My kung pao chicken had a giant pool of grease around the edges and in the sauce. Every was wayyy to salty . We came here for lunch, highly recommend. Excellent service, we ordered the Szechuan Pork and Szechuan Basil Beef, with Crab Rangoon starter. The Pork had a classic chili and chili oil flavor, very tasty, not overdone on the spicy. The beef was AMAZING. I highly recommend, the basil and vegetable mix was fresh. You could taste the distinct flavor in every bite of beef, which gave a nice crunch. The fried rice was excellent, not greasy and not mushy. Ambience is great, a great place to take a date, music is calm allows for appropriate talking level. Very clean inside, it is new, they did a good job decorating. This is not your regular Chinese take-out, Szechuan food has a distinct flavor, and uses chili and chili oil. If you come here, I encourage you to try one of the Szechuan marked dishes, you are in for a treat! Happy to have this restaurant in the Midland/Odessa area. read more

What a great surprise , as soon as I walked in the door I was impressed at the decor and traditional Chinese style. I ordered one of the hot pots that had chicken , pork , shrimp , and lots of vegetables. The presentation was excellent , the flavors were amazing !! I fully recommend this restaurant. read more

After driving a very long distance (from the Bay Area) to Odessa (TX), I was craving for some decent Szechuan (aka Sichuan) food from my hometown. I ordered the "Szechuan Chili Oil Stew Beef" and it definitely was very good! The meat and veggies were very fresh and the taste was awesome and totally comparable to similar dishes in the Bay Area. I am glad that I will stay in Odessa for 4 days and I already know that I will be back to sample more of their dishes! And the service was courteous and punctual too!! read more

Real, actual honest to god Chinese food in Odessa, Texas, is a rare commodity. If you come here expecting to see Americanized Chinese items on the menu, you'll find some, but do not order them. Order authentic Sichuan dishes and ask them to be ma la spicy. Try some original new flavors and you won't be disappointed. The space is well-appointed with dark wood accents and light music. There's a nice bar. And the people who own it are really friendly and willing to talk to you about what they're serving and why it's different than the Chinese food you may be used to. Messed up one of my orders. I had to send a photo to the owner/manager after arguing with her to prove that they messed up the order. After she acknowledged the mistake she made me bring the order back to the restaurant in order to get my money back. This is my 3rd and last time coming here. 1st time food wasn't bad 2nd time it was and this was my experience the 3rd time. The food itself was good in proportion. They are priced like a mid/upper mid scale Chinese restaurant but the flavors don't match the prices- mostly heavy with their stock chili oil or bland needing some seasoning. This restaurant is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't allow my cat to eat. The food that is being served. It started off OK and we ate there a couple of times it hasn't went downhill the sauce on our fried pork taste like ketchup and crispy.
