It is easy as woman to feel taken advantage of when your car breaks down. Life is expensive and anything that goes wrong is a huge deal. At Brad Smith's I can let me.guard down and trust the work they do and know the price is more than fair. I have used them multiple times and never left unhappy.     I took my vehicle, a 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, to this repair shop for an oil change. According to…read moreToyota's official maintenance schedule, this vehicle requires an oil change every 10,000 miles when using 0W-20 full synthetic oil. However, the shop performed and charged for two oil changes within an interval of approximately 5,000 miles. I was not informed that the second oil change was unnecessary based on the manufacturer's recommendations, nor was I given a technical explanation justifying an early oil change. At no point was I advised that the service was redundant or optional. Had I been properly informed, I would not have authorized the second oil change. I attempted to contact the shop by phone and left a voicemail requesting clarification, but I did not receive a response. I believe this reflects a lack of transparency and failure to obtain informed consent for an unnecessary service. If you can't trust this shop with an oil change, image any other service.

    I went to Walmart on 7/27/24 for a tire rotation, when I arrived I was greeted by 2 service men,…read morewho at the time was very polite, one of the gentlemen walked over to my car looked at my tires and stated that one of them was not theirs, however, after looking me up in the system as well as me presenting them with the receipt it showed that I did in fact get the tire from them. The Mechanic then told me that one of my tires needed to be replaced and that I had to wait until the Manager Gus returned back to work to change the tire as well as doing my tire rotation, because he didn't want to go behind another mechanics work and that Gus was the Manager who did the tire work. The Mechanic called the Manager Gus to discuss the the issue, Gus the manager got extremely irate , rude and began yelling through the phone, I reported it to the Manager on site Zack 7/27/24 was very arrogant and not helpful at and wanted to charge me $105 dollars for a tire that is under warranty (a life time warranty at that) I asked is there any way that you can compensate me with the replacement of my warranty tire and they would not compensate or give me a reduce rate on a tire that was under warranty telling me that the tire that I have is no longer in stock and the one's in stock are a little more expensive, well that is not my fault, that particular tire was out of stock, so you going to charge me full price $105 dollars, shame on Walmart, both Gus and Zack the manager's are the worst and have very poor customer service and no work ethic at all, they're both are arrogant, rude and very disrespectful to their Walmart customers.... Do Not Get Any Auto Service from the Eddy Stone Walmart, You Will Be Disappointed

    Hello and Good Evening to my Yelp Family,…read more I decided to visit this location of Auto Zone since I am always in the area. I have been meaning to purchase a Cup Holder Mount for my cell phone in my vehicle. I used to drive for Lyft and I have purchased car mounts from Target and Walmart. I wasn't at all fond of any of those models. They ranged from the ones in the Car Vent and the ones that sit on the dash. I would use them for a time period and get rid of them and then purchase another type. Looking back at that, all that I had to do was return them. I did return the first one from Target, but then the rest of them, I disposed of them. I have purchased several items from WeatherNet, such as car mats. I was about to order a car cell phone mount from them, but then I decided to purchase one from Autozone. I didn't feel like waiting on the mail, since so many of my items that I ordered from Ebay have been late. The sellers always blame the virus for the lateness. Amazon, UPS and Fed Ex deliver on time, go figure! One of my Lyft customers told me that they had bought one and it worked for them and they liked it. So then I decided today, Monday, August 17th to purchase a Car mount from Autozone. I no longer work for Lyft. I stopped working for Lyft last year in 2019, way before the Covid 19 (Corona Virus) hit. I bought the product and then I proceeded to drive to the Dollar Tree in Folsom to assemble it, near the Wawa and Swiss Farms. I was able to assemble the phone part, but I couldn't quite get the other part, that sits in the car cup holder. So then I decided to drive back to AutoZone to ask the clerk/associate who sold me the product. I showed him that I knew about the phone part and then I asked how to assemble the part that sits in the car holder. He showed me and he was so patient. I forgot to ask his name. Then I thanked him and went to my car. Then I tried to put the part in my car cup holder and it wouldn't stay there. I went back into AutoZone and asked the young man again. He said, come out to the car and we did. He put it in my car cup holder without any problem. God is so Good!!! and Away I went!! A totally satisfied customer!!!!
