What should have been a routine repair has turned into an ongoing frustration. For the amount I paid, I expected quality work and a proper resolution. Looking back, I should have paid more attention to the 2.8-star reviews and gone somewhere more reputable. I'll be taking my car to Pep Boys or another credible shop to have the issue properly diagnosed and fixed. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto repair shop, and I will not be returning or recommending this location to others.

However, the shop performed and charged for two oil changes within an interval of approximately 5,000 miles. I was not informed that the second oil change was unnecessary based on the manufacturer's recommendations, nor was I given a technical explanation justifying an early oil change. At no point was I advised that the service was redundant or optional. Had I been properly informed, I would not have authorized the second oil change. I attempted to contact the shop by phone and left a voicemail requesting clarification, but I did not receive a response. I believe this reflects a lack of transparency and failure to obtain informed consent for an unnecessary service. If you can't trust this shop with an oil change, image any other service.

No one had battery cables so I had to call my daughter to bring her portable charger.
