Very disappointing experience…read more My husband was charged $318 for labor and was told that the A/C compressor needed to be replaced. After paying for the labor and purchasing and installing a new A/C compressor, the A/C still did not work. When we asked what the next step was, the mechanic told my husband that they didn't know what was wrong. No further troubleshooting or solution was provided, and we were not offered a refund or credit for the labor. We understand that diagnosing vehicle problems can sometimes be complicated, but paying $318 for labor and being left with the exact same problem, without a clear explanation or next steps, was extremely frustrating.
