Nice! I still went ahead with it. It took a little longer than expected since they couldn't find the key to my wheel lug nuts (surprise!) I reached out to John HAUSER'S and John went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helping me trouble shoot, find a reputable garage, and HE called to apprise the garage owner about the case. I have no words!!! I have such respect and gratitude for John's kind, professional, honest, straightforward help!!!! This took time and effort away from his busy day with quite a few different interactions; not only calls with me but researching garages in the area I was in in Massachusetts, but also actually calling and talking with the owner of the garage I ended up taking my car for the service needed. The net result of the repair saved me HUNDREDS of dollars (over a thousand) and a car that's safe to drive back to Pennsylvania in a few weeks! This man rolled up to my driveway in a van that looked like it had already lost a fight with a tornado, a raccoon, and possibly its own sense of self-worth. He opened my hood, nodded like he was understanding the secrets of the universe, then poked a totally random part and said, "Yep, that's your problem." My car died. In the same moment. Like they were spiritually connected and my car couldn't continue living after witnessing whatever he did to it.
