From the meticuliously decorated specialty cakes, to the Nostalgic childhood themed cookies and pastries you can't get enough of them. Due to Covid-19 life as we knew it is on pause for the moment so frequenting a busy bakery is not on my personal agenda as we have underlying health issues. I placed an order with Ashley online and when ready, we drove to her home to pick it up. Easy peasy and super convenient. For your convenience, Homemade by Ashley Cannon also offers delivery for a small fee (call for details). The moment we pulled up in front of her home, not only were we greeted with warm smiles, we could smell the sweetness of chocolate and cinnamon in the air. Under regular circumstances I would have loved to go see (and sample) the variety of goodies she was working on but for safety reasons, we kept our distance! Once home, each and every bite of both the Carrot Cake cookies and the Strawberry Cheese cake cookies was heavenly! The cookies were rich, moist, chewy, eye rolling flavorful,soft textured, and made with love. I believe the key ingredient in both of these magnificent cookies was the cream cheese. They were beautifully decorated and pleasing to the eyes. I just had to have one, two, three or maybe 20! My Birthday is next month so I am looking forward to ordering my cake from Ashley. I haven't quite decided on the flavor because I love everything from a regular chocolate cake to a tiramisu, rum or canoli cake. I have picked out a design with elegant pink,white, and red flowers but we will figure it out I'm sure. I am grateful and Thankful for Homemade by Ashley's Cakes for making the ordering and pick up process so effortless and safe. Thank You for taking the time to practice safety measures for yourself, your family, and your customers. Your customer service is impecable and second to none.
