The staffer was the only one in the store prepping at the start of the day, but nicely gave us plenty of extra frosting on the dish. Always like the cleanliness. I appreciate the freshness of their cookies and the variety of rotating flavors! I also enjoy the promotions they offer such as 4 chocolate chip cookies for 10.00 or most recently on Thursday I received a text that said "Everyone could use a Free Cookie" I was surprised in this day and age they were giving away free product, but they were. I called the store and talked with a nice lady "I think her name was Lisa" I wanted to be certain if I drove up to Crumble they would still have the promo cookies available. Lisa advised me "We don't plan to run out" and stated they'd be baking them throughout the day. I appreciate businesses that think about ways to reward or show appreciation to their customers and I will likely pick up a gift card or two during the Holidays to support their business. I stopped by the other day and it was SO busy (around 4:15pm). I could tell things were a little chaotic while waiting in line to order, but the worker checking us out remained friendly and attentive. The store is clean and well maintained. The cookie flavors rotate weekly, so there's always something new to try. I indulged in a strawberry crumb cake cookie. As soon as a returned to my car, I opened the cute pink box and devoured it! The cookies are very moist and dense, so I would suggest that one Crumbl cookie is the equivalent to two competitor cookies. I've had Crumbl Cookies on several occasions, but this is my first time actually in the store to purchase for myself. I was on that side of town and was craving something sweet so decided to stop in. There were a few customers ahead of me but the wait was not long. It gave me a chance to glance at the cookies that they offered and make a decision before heading to the counter. I purchased four different cookies that were calling my name at the time and they will all equally delicious! The cookies are huge and can easily be shared with others. One didn't make it home and it was quite filling. I split the others with my son by breaking each and a half. They are a little pricey, but a great treat to have. The other ones tend to taste the same even with different toppings. Price wise I think they're fair as the cookies are big and not ones that you can typically eat at one time. I absolutely fell in love with Crumbl cookies. One of my dearest friends speaks about them all the time and we decided to hit them up yesterday.
