My first time visiting Nothing Bundt Cakes. I was greeted right away upon entering. They were providing samples of their chocolate cake and after the sample I knew this cake was good. The cake was moist and rich. The frosting was sweet but I almost tasted like a cream cheese hint to it. It was really good. With friendly staff and moist flavorful cakes, I have to give them 5 stars! Luckily, there was only one other couple in there when we stopped by. It's clean and bright. There was a greeter by the door. Another associate was offering samples (red velvet cake). We weren't there long but the samples were low so she brought a sample tray of mini chocolate cakes. They offer a variety of flavors and sizes. Prices, sizes, and flavors are listed on a board behind the register so there aren't any surprises. All of the prices are reasonable. The bundtlets are about $5 each and come in about a dozen flavors. They are the perfect size for one person or for sharing. We got two of these--red velvet and marble. Each one was amazing!!! The cake is moist and fresh. The flavors are good. The icing is great and each cake has the perfect amount. The sales associates were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They seemed to love what they do. They have an email club and you receive a free bundtlet for your birthday (my birthday is this month--yay!!). These little cakes are good! I first had the little bundt cakes from the location in mount pleasant. Once the announcement was made that one was opening closer to my home the anticipation was too much. They have full size cakes, small cakes (bundlets), and mini size (bundtini). The Bundtlrt is like a personal size cake...its the perfect portion for one. The Bundtini is like a cupcake with a little dollop of cream cheese icing on top. They have a regular flavor menu and one flavor on rotation which changes each month. All the cakes come with cream cheese icing or you can order the large cakes plain (without icing). You usually have to order the larger cakes, but they may have a few for quick purchase. They are always super helpful and friendly everytime I come in, and even when they are really busy they continue to smile and be patient with each customer. Oh there are also samples every day. Upon walking in I was slapped with a fresh baked goods smell. The young woman who worked there was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. All of the cakes in the display were beyouteeful (beautiful). They have a cake out for visitors to sample. I tried the chocolate chocolate cake and it melted in my mouth, literally. I was expecting a dry crumby cake but it was soft, moist and just really good. They have a wide variety of flavors and sizes. I purchased 5 bundtlets. Red Velvet, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Confetti, Vanilla and White Chocolate Raspberry. The red velvet had chocolate chips in it, not my cup of tea, and it wasn't as soft as the chocolate chocolate chip that I sampled. I assume I probably need to let it sit out and warm up a bit. If you want to eat your cake on the way home you'll need to bring your own fork. Also I was surprised that they package the cakes in a brown paper bag.
