I removed the plastic from around my suit after bringing it home from Crown Point Cleaners. It had small dark stains on the right sleeve by the shoulder. There was nothing noted on the hanger that there was a stain on the sleeve that they could not remove. I've never had an article of clothing returned to me by a cleaner that had a stain without a tag stating that there was a stain that couldn't be removed. I took it back to them and the owner said it was from a moth. A MOTH! I purchased the suit less than two months ago. I tell this to her and then she claims its mildew. MILDEW! I can't believe my ears. I did not even walk in blaming them for what happened. I simply showed it to her. No apology, nothing. In fact, she said there were more spots on the pants. I never even looked at them and when I got home, she was right! I then took the suit to another dry cleaner. The owner looked at it thoroughly and said it was an ink stain. He said it was obvious that an ink pen had broken on the suit. He had the seamstress remove the inner lining of the sleeve and spent four days trying to remove the stain. No luck. The work Crown Point did set the stain. There is no way that the suit was brought to Crown Point Cleaners with those stains. The location of the ink blots are impossible to happen without me knowing. I can't believe that someone would so badly lie about something that was so obviously their fault and never even give me heads up. Stay away!!!!!!!

I sent multiple emails and phone calls and the only responses I received was the initial quote and call that my garments were complete, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER APPROVED THE PROOF. I reached out two days after I dropped off my shirts as I hadn't received any design proofs and was worried about hitting my deadline. Got no response after multiple attempts and then was called later that day to inform me my project was done and ready for pickup... When I went in to try and figure out what happened, they told me that they just went ahead since it was basically the design I sent.. except it was different fonts and not what I was hoping for. They offered no sort of discount, let alone any sort of apology for charging me $45 for three shirts that didn't even end up how I wanted them.
